i bought a Waterpik WP-450 in January 2019 and the water pressure is suddenly unstable and super short battery time. i provided purchase proof but their distributor said the lot number was not sold in 2019 and returned the WP450. i am complaining to Waterpik at the same time but found this ridiculous having quality issue and not responsible to get it fixed. super pissed !
