I lost already 5 customers because of unprofessional service of Fetchr: 1) delivery from Dubai to Abu-dhabi took 2 weeks, no one even call me or my customer 2) they are holding on the line more then 18 min all the time 3) no one reacts on complains and even replies to emails 4) even if you arrange pick up in Dubai, it takes 4 days courier to pick up the shipment and again no one even letting you know that shipment within Dubai takes more then 1 week I never ever had such an experience in UAE User's recommendation: never use this service.
