The worse Customer Service since 2015

I began ordering Humatrope medication with this company 05/2012 and the past 4 or 5 years has gotten worse over time. I never get an order processed correctly the first time I call. It takes talking to at least 10 people before it can be done right! When you order this medication you have to have needles and swabs and pen needle holders and disposable containers and you should not have to pay extra for each item. It should be considered a "KIT" and be all included. Customer service people cut you off, ignore you, or say "you" did not give them the correct information. Not to mention you have to hold on several times while they "check something". I hate dealing with this company and will get a different health policy when Open season comes!
