1. When delivered it was not attached to a head board, but the attachments were left in a box. 2. Did not carry off the old bed as was promised. 3. Falsified information to my credit card company, when I put the White Glove installation partial dispute to them. 4. Installers were rude and argumentative...saying they were NOT required to carry off old bed or attach to a head board. 5. Left the old mattress on my lawn and I had to hire someone to carry it off.
