I have purchased the Vivitar 57" Photo / Video Tripod item # VIVVPT2457 - NOC last month. I called up Vivitar and the tripod was defected and I sent an email describing the issue / problem. TheyBe gave me an RMA number and they told me to send it back. They told me that I will get a replacement Tripod and it will take 2 to 3 weeks. I still didn't get my Replacement and it was past the 2 to 3 weeks User's recommendation: Be careful of companies like Vivitar.
