The product I bought came with a registration card and it states to register it online. The online registration doesn’t open and the system doesn’t recognize the catalog #.

Product registration and replacement of defective part. The registration web address sent with the product doesn't open. Tried another address, it opened but didn't recognize the product catalog #. The cheap plastic tilt table *** on my 9-inch bandsaw wore down quickly. I call in to get a replacement sent, but the customer service representative blew me off by giving me the wrong number to a repair shop. The saw is 1 month old, catalog # PCXB310BS User's recommendation: Don’t buy porter cable product.
