The process of getting the correct color chair.

My husband and I ordered a couch and chair from the Mealeys in Morrestown which was special ordered May 5th . They were delivered the end of June on a Saturday. The chair was the wrong shade of gray than the couch. We called our salesperson David who told us that someone from the customer care center would call us. Someone called us on Monday. I called back on 2 different days that week and spoke to 2 different people who both told me they would check with the warehouse to see if our correct chair was there and was suppose to call me back but never did. I called again on Saturday and spoke to the manager who was finally able to resolve our issue. Then we had to wait for it to be deliverered at an inconvenient day and time for us when it was your error. We have bought about 90 percent of our furniture from Mealeys for the last 35 years when they were on Torresdale Ave and then in Moorestown and never had an issue. We are very disappointed with the very unorganized way this issue was handled. Our salesperson David did not even follow up with us or help knowing we had an issue. We will think twice the next time we need more furniture. Judy and Bruce Martin
