Poor meat production
Unfrozen beef neck chop purchased at "PROMO Cash & Carry" store (Riga, Mukusalas Street 95) is completely unfit for human consumption - when prepared even in several ways, completely "gummy" and chewable (very tough). Frozen chicken wings purchased there caused stomach cramps for the whole family for 2 days. Even the dog did not eat this meat product. Not the fault of meat preparation, as prepared by a professional cook.
