I have used this machine over and over and we have 2 dogs one of which does shed hair but up until now never had any trouble with clogging up. I have not even had it a year and for the money I paid the product should hold up better than it did. The roller stuck and wont even turn now because of the hair that got around it and the gears inside and now it won't even turn it froze. If the product can't do what it says thats *** poor manfacturing of your product.won't recommend it to anyone.
