Never pick track up on time. Never truly know when they are coming to pick up trash and when you call no one answers. User’s recommendation: Find someone else.

Lack of customer service or return phone calls.

Have called both WCA and GFL and can not reach a person. Left a message with WCA yesterday no return call today. No chat available. Price increase the last year at about 25%. Am leaving.head reviews and chose wisely. User’s recommendation: Read reviews and chose wisely.

Discontinued service and toters have been in my location for four months not picked up

I discontinued service back in March and I still have two toters that need to be picked up from my home address and every month a call and ask when theyre going to be picked up and I keep getting the runaround.

Called customer service four times about nobody picking up my trash and got rude people and no one has bothered to show up and when I said I would call and cancel my service they said OK so I guess I dont matter
