I have filled my H20 mop up with water plugged it in and pressed the green button. It makes noises like it's trying to heat the water but nothing comes out. I have put the cleaning rod in the bottom of the mop to see if that would help and still nothing. I don't know what else to do because it's like nothing I do will help. I will be happy to return it to you to see if y'all can fix it or not. Thanks, Amanda Bryant
