For three days in a row I am trying to reach out to gotogate.com customer service for my flight cancellation but Im not able to talk to anyone, the phone number they provided is mute, even does not ring, I dont know what to do? Any idea.? User's recommendation: Please avoid using this website if you think you might need to talk to customer service at some points.
