In the 1 month we had service...it NEVER worked and I called over 16 in that first month. After talking to multiple foreign people and hung up on several occasions I was called a racist because I told him I needed a person that spoke English. Anyways, I had to use their internet box ( after being told I could just use my own). I can't even tell you how many times I had to reset my box, and they even told me I had to pay to have someone come out to service my broken devices. In addition to all of this, they canceled my account then turned it back on, they also I told me I "might" get my money back. I sent back the device that I bought and I JUST recieved a letter from collections that I owe 794.98. WTF Never deal with these people and I would love to see how many others they've ripped off and start a class action lawsuit. This company is BS.
