I have tried to contact Carfax about a belated entry on a Carfax report that was entered a year and a half late after an incident and it was in error. Carfax doesn't answer my questions about their report and give me the run-around and side-step. I have found out their reports are worthless and they don't stand behind them and won't correct erroneous entries. Too lengthy to give you a complete description of problem. They are worthless! If there is a class action law suit, I will sign up.
