They are mean to the residents and neglect them they post them on snapchat and facebook to moch them amd i know because i have seen the photos and they are disgusting such as the one i posted while they were brookdale
no word from gm and dining room is getting worse at atria willow wood in fort lauderdale, florida. and jewelry is getting robbed and gm does not care. also we are losing valuable staff by cutting hours.and we want a bingo board so people can see the numbers what should we do. please help me.
TWO OF MY FRIENDS HAD LOTS OF GOOD JEWELRY STOLEN AND TOLD GM AND NO ACTION AND STILL MISSING GOOD JRWELRY. AND STILL HERE BAD SERVICE IN DINING ROOM.
For anyone going to Memory Care at Atria, be aware of the fact that the care level is not as good as you would think, considering the additional $2,700 EXTRA dollars, on top of the #6,000+ basic fee, then they kick you out.
