Terrible service, poor communication

I placed an order for patio umbrella on June 08. Estimated delivery quoted was June 24. It never arrived. Called customer service on July 01, and I was informed that the umbrella was lost in transportation. Nobody bothered to communicate. The rep offered to reorder. I told her I am not willing to wait another month. I was told, it will arrive on July 9. So I agreed. Right after the confirmation I got email with estimated date of arrival of July 22 and not July 9 as was promised. Till today, it did not arrive. I came to know that they quietly cancelled on July 2 and refunded to my credit card with no communication User's recommendation: Do not order with Wayfair.
