Terrible policy

I made a reservation with Reservation Counter (of course, didn't know I was making it with Reservation Counter). When I needed to modify the reservation I was told all I could do was cancel the first reservation and make another, at a higher daily rate. When I clicked the modify your reservation link, it was a link to nowhere! Never again. User's recommendation: Do not use!
