Terrible customer service. Part for replacement was never returned. It’s been 3 months.

I've been going back and forth with Annie from costumer service and nothing has happened. I have send the base from my blender for repair, which was within the warranty, and have never heard back from Conair. No updated, nothing. I keep emailing them trying to get a status on the order and get not replies. They have received the part 3+ months ago. This is absurd and it has been inconveniencing my life.
