Terrible Customer Service–Mask Quality OK-Not Worth

Happy Masks.co There are a lot of companies selling masks due to COVID-19. Choose another one. The terrible Customer Service, strange mask sizing and nothing special performance along with the steep pricing make Happymasks.co a poor choice. It took three weeks for the masks to arrive because the seller put the wrong address on the package. Following-up with Happy Masks I was told repeatedly to "Just wait". When the package stopped moving in the USPS system, I contacted USPS and the package had never made it to my local Post Office. I contacted Happy Masks and provided the Happy Masks Customer Service Rep. with a contact telephone number to my local Post Office's Manager, and I was rudely told "It's Out of My Hands!" Happy Masks NEVER MADE ANY ATTEMPT to try to find out what had happened to the package. Or to check if they had used the correct shipping address. ANY LEG WORK ON SHIPPING ISSUES ARE LEFT TO THE CUSTOMER! I spent an enormous amount of time doing what Happy Masks should have been, happily, doing for their customer. 2 weeks into the process Happy Mask did replace the masks and I paid for shipping through UPS this time. 6 days later NO package had arrived from Happy Masks through UPS. I contacted Happy Masks, BY EMAIL, and insisted on my money back. I was called at my home at 9pm by an Unhappy Happy Masks Representative. When I pushed back and insisted on my money back the Rep. slammed down the phone hanging up. That IS the Customer Service that Happy Masks provided me. They provided and after hours call by a representative who felt it was her right to call any time she pleased and hang up a Customer mid-call when the Customer insisted on getting their money back after 3 weeks of receiving no product. I had now paid double shipping, with both USPS and UPS. I had waited 3 weeks and had received NOTHING. I had to threaten to go to my credit card company to get my money back. My money was refunded! Eventually both shipments showed up. USPS took 3 weeks WITHIN California. And UPS took 8 days. Why? BECAUSE HAPPY MASKS PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON BOTH PACKAGES. Again, Happy Masks never took responsibility for sending the packages with the wrong address. Or even cared what happened to the packages and why they were delayed. I contacted Happy Masks by email and told them the packages would be returned unopened in the original shipping envelopes. The follow-up by Happy Masks for the return of the packages was persistent. IT'S SAD THAT THE SAME FOCUS AND DETERMINATION WASN'T GIVEN TO GETTING THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER IN THE FIRST PLACE. Lots of other mask companies to purchase from. Go somewhere else! IN MY OPINION: 1)The masks are too expensive for the performance. Moisture collects inside the mask making it wet and uncomfortable to wear for anything other than a very short period of time. 2)The sizing on the website is not clear, if you order a size that doesn't fit you are paying at minimum 24.95 for a mask that doesn't fit. 3) SHIPPING ISSUES: No internal checks on shipping or willingness to be responsible for their shipping errors. There is NO checking with shipping sources as to why a package has gone missing. BEWARE: Once your money is collected and the product is mailed. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!! 4) Customer Service can only be described as ENTITLED, GREEDY and USELESS. You the Customer are WRONG! Happy Masks makes an error that creates a shipping mess and the Customer is at fault. **I hope you will read this and take it seriously. It is not worth the time, effort and anger for a company that considers itself and it's product too precious to do even minimal follow-up on their orders. That responds to it's Customers with and this is a direct quote "It's out of my hands!" which really means-- You bought it you deal with it. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere for your masks.
