Terrible Customer Service and poor quality furniture! Gelsew

Purchased a dining set on August 4 2017 and I noticed a few weeks ago there was a bubble in the wood. I called customer service but was told we were a couple of weeks out of warranty. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they would help us out considering we have a house full of their furniture and have spent a good portion of money there. The customer service rep Taylor told me she was it, she makes the decisions and there was no one else I could speak to. I asked for her supervisor, was told no,. She is the only person and doesn't have a supervisor. I find this hard to believe. A dining set should last a lot longer than 1 year! We paid over 2,000 for this set. I expect more for my money. I will never again purchase from here I have sent emails to customer service and am still awaiting a response. If anyone knows a different way to get a hold of corporate please comment. I have called and each time Taylor gets in the phone and refuses to give the name of a supervisor.
