I needed to find out abt a past claim but there was no record. I only changed from Alfa because of your policy on rental houses and number of vehicles. User’s recommendation: Shop around if you have rental property.
Tried to contact them on several occasions to amend our travel insurance cover. they have never been in contact. User’s recommendation: they may be competitive but I recommend look elsewhere.
