Terrible Customer Service and awful quality

Multiple times I have received bad or damaged furniture that I bought from Steinahafels and I contacted customer service. After talking to CS they just made me feel like it’s my fault and they were not accommodating. The last set of couches I bought in August 2017 and I still do not have a full set. Since the customer service were not helpful and the lack of repair people, they could not come out to see the damaged furniture for 6 weeks. I ended up bringing back to the store and one piece was fixed at the store by their repair person and the other piece needed to be reordered. It’s January 2018 and I still do not have that piece. In the mean time, I requested the store manager to give me a call when the piece comes in, his reply was: “well, you are not my customer “, meaning he was not the one who sold me the furniture. The sales person was very nice to sell their product but after that they do not care about their customers! I asked the manager “WHO’s customer I was.” Also, the manager promised to talk about the discount after this issue is resolved. I stopped by the store the last week of December to pick up the piece and I had a pleasure to speak with another zone manager Bob Berman. He was pretty ignorant when I mentioned about promised discount for the customer satisfaction and stated that we fixed your furniture. Well, it turns out they ordered the wrong piece. Suddenly manager changed his tone to more sympathetic. He told me that it was their mistake and he will escalate the situation to his upper management (Mary) and they will contact me. Two weeks later, no phone call, no email. I stopped by the store again, Bob Berman stated that he has no information about my piece and he will inquire about it and will let me know. Here I am, almost 5 month later, I still do not have all pieces of my furniture and no estimated date of arrival. It shows how they care about their customers after the point of sale. I am very dissatisfied with Steinahafels customer service and the quality of their furniture. If this does not get resolved soon I will be seeking for the legal advice.
