Lug nuts won’t come off

Had a flat tire lug nuts wouldn’t come off they were to big. Called ford to ask them if they could replace them and they said no.We have an execelent rating with ford .We have bought all our cars from ford you would think the least they could do is replace them.We will never buy another car...
