Ordered our pool May 30 paid a 50% down payment. Received a email stating shipping was 12 to 15 business days. All perfect for us so we could get Dirt work and sand and everything ready for installation. We have all work and sand ready for Pool. So I decided to call today and just checked on status of shipping. I was told Shipping was 6 weeks out and our pool was on back order. Never has anyone communicated this with us. Was also told this started on May 23 let me remind you we ordered and paid for our pool on May 30 but absolutely no one told us this. If we would have known we definitely would not have ordered a pool that we couldnt swim in this Summer. This company is a TOTAL joke and is very dishonest. They are out to get your money and after that they could care less. I dont recommend this Pool Company to anyone.. User's recommendation: Absolutely Not.
