i have a stove that needs to be repaired or switched. i asked them in late October of 2013 if they can fix it and they said yes than a month went by and nothing. So i asked again when i came in to make a payment and they told me the same thing ...well a few MONTHS went by and they told me the same thing (we can just switch it for another one just like it) well i was getting frustrated that they said they will call and no word. so i decide to not come in to make my monthly payment and they called not about my stove but about a payment they called 4 to 5 times a day about my payment ( I was only 3 days late paying) i went in to pay and they tell me the same c*** about my stove its been about 4 months now ...so get this now easy home is trying to make me get a hold of a customer of thier's that isnt making payment ...i have nothing to do with this person and if i do they said they can come switch my stove if i do get a hold of them??? really can they do that? wow am i pissed off. i told them i dont talk with this person and cant find them so than they tell me if i do they will give me 2 months free rent on my stuff. i dont care about 2 free month VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER
