As soon as the sweater arrived I knew it was not as pictured. I contacted the company several times. They requested pictures of the item I received, and I complied. They insisted it was the right item. First suggestion was that I return it, but they do not pay return postage. Too expensive to ship back to China. They offered a $5 refund and I said no. Last offer was 20% off my next order. As though I would ever order from them again!
