Flagstar bought my home mortgage loan from Freedom in 2018. They claim they had an insurance shortage, then in 2019 they attempted to pay taxes on my property even though I already paid. They added a $369.00 shortage fee, late fees and a tax shortage escrow account to my payments. I pay my own taxes and insurance directly and only owe Principle and Interest to Flagstar. They refuse to remove the taxes and shortage they illegally tacked onto my account. I want them stripped of their lending license permanently so they can never destroy another American family again with their fraudulent charges and fees.
