Subscription order never received

I ordered my Billie razor and then signed up for the recurring subscription for blade refills. The blades never arrived, though my account shows that they shipped. Billie is not responding to emails, social media posts, etc., so I just left a voicemail on their customer service line (which is not published on their website from what I could see). My next step will be to contact the BBB. At this point, I regret ever buying the razor, because I apparently can't even get refills!
