Bought a picture printed on glass. Looked quite different when received. Was told it looked better online due to the lighting used when their photo was taken and I was wrong to expect it to look the same. I suspected something was not on the up & up about this company when I did a live chat hold for over 15 minutes, requested a call back receiving nother after 48 hrs, & finally called customer service being put on hold for over 10 minutes–never was able to speak with anyone. Poor service
Worst logistics service you have encountered. Notification that the courier has arrived, but no one has been present, is sent by post, which takes several days, before arrival the courier does not inform by phone - the package has been standing in Australia for 9 days and has not been delivered.
