august 8th 2021 is the date of incident and the client number is [protected] hello my name is carmen ocasio and what happened on the 8th of august 2021 they lowe's delivery came by to deliver my husband and I new washer to our home that we purchased on august 5th 2021 . First they didn't hook up the washer saying they didn't have supplies for the new washer but unhooked the old one and took it with them and one of the delivery drivers gave my husband a attitude saying we would need a plumber the washer wasn't hooked up after 48 hours they said they would come back when I called the store we waited and no return was at all our house . I even talked to the manager at the store named brittney said called this number [protected] and I called and a lady answered and said we was liar and we didn't pay for the connection which we did cause I have the receipt of purchases
