Store not open TWICE at time of my appointment

First time 45 minutes late and second time Manager told Therapist to cancel my appointment while I was standing right there. Manager needs to be retrained and employees who fo not show up on time of customer apt. Need to be demoted or written up. What a terrible way to do business User's recommendation: NEVER take early appointments.
