I am a storage facility owner that has used SpareFoot for leads. I had numerous complaint from potential clients. They use some out of country call centers and clients complain they are sometimes hard to understand and they have trouble understanding wants and needs of the potential clients. Persons that are only checking rates are aggressively pushed to make a reservation. This is irritating to the person. When I voice my complaints with SpareFoot management they have the attitude of if you do not like it do not use them. I have lost customers because of the inability of their agents to verbally communicate with potential clients. They have made offers that I have not approved.
