After waiting for a month, finally someone showed up to repair the sectional. After supposedly trying to repair the sectional the person said she was missing a few pieces of nuts and bolts and that she would be back. Here we are almost a month after and nobody came back to repair the sectional. We paid for this service when we bought the furniture and to be honest it has been the biggest waste of money in that nothing has been resolved and the sectional is falling apart. User's recommendation: Don’t buy the warranty service. They don’t honor the so called “warranty”.
