I ordered an item on April 15th and was told I was being refunded (in 3 to 5 days) on April 19th because it had been lost. Now I'm being told it was marked delivered, and I'm to wait another 35 days. I call or text every 35 days and get the same B. S run around. I'm paying interest on my visa for $2300.00 for an item I was told I was being refunded for !!! This matter needs to be resolved immediately!! Refund plus interest!! I didn't make them wait for payment !!! They need to get their sh%$ together... It's been over a month. I've contacted them 8 times. User's recommendation: Don't buy online at Walmart.
