I decided to try DietOpen and signed up. Paid a little amount of money for the sample of the product I really wanted to try. There was no problem with the delivery and I received my order quite fast, but after that I noticed a charge of $80. The DietOpen rep said that I was charged for the membership and he said that I can find all the information about that on their website. I checked their site very carefully, checked all the policies and found nothing!! When I asked for a refund they just did not reply. Stay away, it's a scam!
