Unprofessional, uncouth, illiterate sales staff who know nothing about their products. management seems unconcerned or not interested in solving issues. Stay away from this store. We bough a King bed and believed the suited booted male sales guy. He sends a 9 inch box spring and as a result we literally have to jump in order to climb onto the bed! When asked, the sales guy would not help and refuses to talk. This person should not be selling furniture! Ultimately and after several attempts and frustration, we ordered a 4 inch box spring at an extra cost of 100 dollars. They deliver the new one after a week and we had to help the delivery guy to bring the box spring upstairs and also to load the other one. Customer service sucks, sales staff suck and the management is useless.
