i reached out to bistro but was told they were working remotely no one was there to talk to or leave a message for or get a message to or from. i have been unable anywhere i searched online or in the manual on how to remove the top to clean out the dust and debris i am assuming it is a byproduct of the frictioin of the motor? User's recommendation: wonderful mixer but not clear directions for maintenance.
