I am beyond appalled with TVC. I have been trying to get copies of my child's medical records for 3 months now. I have followed all of their processed by having my child email them, call them, stopped in twice to sign release forms, but TVC still will not release my child's medical records. Instead, I listen to TVC staff coerce my child into NOT sharing medical records. Let me be clear, my child is not abused, on drugs or sexually active, yet they refuse to release her records even to her. I feel as though they are User's recommendation: Don't use western medicine, go to a naturopath.
