Call the afterhours line on February 18th 2016 to report an illness and possibly speak to the nurse practitioner Amanda Camp. I called because I am her patient and I was very ill and wanted to know should I go to the emergency room or not or was there anything she could do for me. I was told I will receive a phone call back within an hour today is March 2nd 2016 and I have yet to receive that call. I could have died, and frankly I don't feel she cared. I called the following Monday and spoke with the nurse manager and she was not helpful at all as a matter of fact she was actually rude. It took everything in me not to curse her out. I just decided that I'm going to get my medical records and transfer my services and my money along with myself to another physician who actually cares about patients and not money. I will also be reporting them on every website I can think of not to mention the Better Business Bureau this is ridiculous and I have been going there for over 2 years and I felt less than a person. Oh and by the way I ended up going to the emergency room, something I was trying to avoid. I will never go there again.
