Slim n tone is yet another pop up 'salon' (Actually a *** dirty office) that will soon disappear. It is run by a man and his boyfriend who have no customer skills and happily BS to your face. They have moved offices without contacting me. (This could have been done via email or phone as they have both) Every time I turn up for appointment they always say the machine is broken, this has happened 3 times now. As a good will gesture they gave me a free 'SLipo', If I had paid for it I would have asked for my money back. I was left by a rude beautician in a dirty room with blank walls. All in all I think this company is a joke.
