Firstly, we have paid the money for trying this product, they have no right to request us to return it. Secondly, we only purchase the product through an online paying method, it's only one time payment, they have no right to deduct our money through our visa card without any authorization. Thirdly, this company cannot regularly deduct our visa card, we just agree 30 day trial of lifecell sending to our address, have not signed or clicked that we understand and agree with their terms(see the attached).
