and I'm not talking about the rock band ! These swindlers promised me all sorts and delivered nothing but headaches and anxiety. The sales rep sold me lie after lie, "oh we do that as part of the service" . . . "our windows are maintenance free and have all kinds of qualifications" that turned out to be proverbial bull. Windows not fitted correctly, twisted hinges that wouldn't open. Finger prints on the glass . . . "wipe em off they said" how do I do that when there in the inside of the double glazed unit ? I ask you ! The service manager was nothing but condescending towards me a vile man ! If your considering buying . . don't . . . wish someone had warned me before I parted with my money !
