Shopper app is not letting me batches

I pick a batch. When I clicked on start shopping it said this order is already done The only way of getting out of it was by finishing the checkout, delivering, confirm arrival and complete delivery process. Her name was Carla for 12.20 delivery. This happened on Aug 07, 2021 in the morning. Looks like this a malfunction with the instacart app. Can you please resolve this problem.
