Re: lost battery cover I contacted "customer service" (What a joke!) Even though the unit was almost new and still under warranty, I was willing to pay for a new battery cover. They flat out refused to even attempt to get one for me. Their only "solution" was an offer to sell me a new unit at 50% off. Turns out that would have been even more than the one I had already bought -- even with the 50% off! In other words, their price was double! They stated that they have NO replacement parts -- ever!
