Won't acknowledge defects that render shoe unwearable. Because insufficiently lined, foot sinks so low in shoe, that high leather piece at back of heel cuts your ankles. Honestly any pair of tennis shoes from KMart are better made. Shoebuy will return your returns to you multiple times rather than acknowledge shoddy shoes or refund your money.
