Shipping is horrible

I have been waiting two weeks for them to ship my products. I reached out to customer service who wrote this pitiful *** thank you for your feed back then created a shipping label for my products. But DHL from the tracking number says they are still waiting to receive the package to ship it out. User's recommendation: do not order.
