Went in w/ my hair aprx. 8-10 inches long... decided to get an inverted bob (shorter in the back, longer in the front) which is a style I've had many times before. Made an appt. w/ a stylist named Decia. Walked in, receptionist nodded like she knew who i was, as it seemed i was the only appt. for that time. I sat there for over 20 minutes before i finally asked if Decia even knew i was there... & she was like "Oh, that's me!" & giggled, like leaving me sit there that long was funny - GGRRR! Then, she was so busy trying to sell me products & telling me about her church events - that she obviously wasn't focused on the haircut. By the time she was done, i was practically bald w/ some 6" bangs. How can you make such a mess when, like i said, all my hair was 8-10 inches when i walked in. My 5 yr old nephew could have given me a better haircut! The owner was hanging out at the front desk & said "Oh how cute!". I was on the *** of tears, so i just paid & walked out. Worst hair experience of my life!
