SEVERELY DAMAGED ITEM.

I used Parcelhero (DPD + DHL were the couriers handling my item) to ship an acoustic guitar from UK to Italy. The box was labelled and taped as 'FRAGILE'. The guitar neck got broken and the item is chipped in several parts. It is now severely damaged and irreparable. As I did not flag this within 14 days from item arrival, they rejected my claim and only offered a £15 credit which I will NEVER use. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE FOR FRAGILE ITEMS.
