For years I always use Aramex for delivery and most times I would chose collection since most times when I track I always get customer not available maybe uts because I live in an access controlled complex, but not to even call its really pathetic. Every parcel I have to call in and arrange them to keep the parcel so I can collect instead since they always make the same excuse. I really don't think I'll ever use this service again. It's my girls birthday soon and now I have to make plans to collect their gifts due to incompetent Aramex drivers. The service is really pathetic.
