Poor manager

Had a failure of radiator hose and lost completely the coolant. Manager would not help because his shop was too busy. Been using Monroe services for at least. ten years for oil changes and other automotive needs. They lost this customer

Do not uphold manufacturers warranty.

Monroe strut failed. Pictures were sent with certified tech saying it was bad. It showed it was leaking. They made me pay for a new strut.
